One attendee, Yolanda Matthews, shared her struggle to understand exactly what employers are looking for. She noted that she has work experience but not a college degree, which has stopped her from finding work. Yet, her brother has a college degree but not enough work experience, as such he is also struggling to find work.

Later that night small groups were formed to brainstorm recommendations for change.
