“I had to drop out of school because I couldn’t afford the bus fare to get to school.”Oliver Williams, 22, Got Green leader

Ten months ago, Got Green launched the Young Workers in the Green Economy Project (YWIG) to learn what young people from communities of color and low income backgrounds had to say about the economy, education, and the environment. After 146 face-to-face surveys, 3 community roundtables, and many phone calls and one-on-ones meetings, the survey results are finally in and ready for dialogue!

Join us on Tuesday, November 12th, for the Young Workers in the Green Economy Project Community Report Back at Jumbo’s Chinese Restaurant {4208 Rainier Ave S} from 6-8 PM.

Dinner and childcare provided!  YWIGTEAM_Register_YWIG
